30 Day Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your items for any reason, you can return them within 30 days from the date of delivery. 

If you would like to make a return, you must notify us within 30 days of your order delivery date by e-mailing us at support@globalrising.shop with your order number and reason for requesting the return.

We will then provide you with a return confirmation number and the address in which to send back the product to us. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

Damaged and incorrect orders will be refunded in full. Proof of damage is required in the form of photographs or item return, depending on the circumstance. Damaged or incorrect items that need to be returned will have the return shipping costs covered by Global Rising. If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong items, please let us know within 7 days of receiving it by e-mailing us at support@globalrising.shop so we may begin processing the return. You must keep the packaging for 48 hours after reporting damage, so that we can enter a claim with the mail carrier. 

All returns must include the original packing with any and all associated tags, inserts, and accessories, as well as the original packing slip so that we can credit you for the return.

Your refund will be processed once the item is received in our warehouse.
